Scope of This Policy and Processing Principles

This policy applies to the NHVPN website, user panel, and subscription services. When you visit external websites or use applications provided by other parties, their data practices apply and fall outside this policy.

NHVPN handles data according to the principles of defined purpose, necessity, and limited retention. Relevant information is used only to provide requested features, verify orders, handle support, protect security, or meet applicable requirements. Account information is not provided to unrelated parties except when necessary for payment processing, infrastructure operations, or legal compliance.

Data Collected and Its Uses

No email address is required for registration; an account can be created with a username and password. Account data includes the username, authentication credentials, account status, plan status, and remaining data allowance required to operate the service. This information supports login verification, subscription delivery, usage accounting, and account security.

Order records include the selected plan, amount due and paid, payment status, order identifier, refund status, and necessary transaction results. They are used to complete purchases, reconcile payments, process refunds, and resolve order disputes. When a support ticket is submitted through the user panel, NHVPN also processes the issue description and attachments provided by the user, solely to handle that request.

Site analytics may include the pages visited on this site, referring pages, browser type, operating system, language settings, and approximate network region. This information helps verify page performance, identify compatibility issues, and understand content usage. It is not used to build a browsing profile across external websites.

No-Logs Policy and Connection Data

NHVPN does not record which websites users access through international routes. It does not retain access content, query content, or the body of communications, and does not create an account profile linked to browsing activity on external websites.

Temporary operational status needed while a connection is established is used only to complete the current session, assign a route, and troubleshoot faults. It is not retained as a long-term connection log. Plan usage accounting processes only the usage totals needed for billing and display; it does not include destinations or transmitted content. When a user submits fault information, the related materials are handled for the support ticket and are not expanded into behavioral analysis.

Cookies and Local Storage

The website and user panel may use Cookies or browser local storage to save login sessions, language preferences, interface state, and necessary security markers. These data maintain login status, restore user choices, and reduce repeated actions. They are not used for cross-site advertising tracking.

Users can clear this data through their browser settings. After clearing it, login status and saved preferences may need to be restored; information already written to account and order systems will not be deleted at the same time.

Payment Processing and Data Sharing

Payments made through Alipay, WeChat, and USDT are processed by the relevant payment service or network. Payment credentials submitted on a payment page are governed by the processor's privacy rules. NHVPN receives the payment result, order identifier, and reconciliation information needed to complete an order, and does not require users to submit full payment credentials again on this site.

To keep the website, user panel, and international routes operating normally, necessary data may be processed by providers responsible for hosting, networking, security, or payment processing. Such processing is limited to the agreed purpose and necessary scope. In response to valid legal process or dispute-handling requirements, NHVPN may retain or provide records directly relevant to the request where applicable.

Data Retention, Deletion, and Policy Updates

Account data is retained while the account remains in use. Order and payment results are kept for as long as needed for reconciliation, refunds, dispute handling, and applicable obligations. Site analytics and security records are retained only as long as needed for operational analysis and risk management. When the purpose is complete and the data is no longer needed, it is deleted, de-identified, or aggregated.

Users can sign in to the user panel and submit a request through a support ticket to access, correct, or delete account data. To prevent unauthorized action, verification of account control may be required before processing. If some order records cannot yet be deleted because of reconciliation, refund disputes, or applicable obligations, their use will be restricted and processing will continue only until the retention basis ends.

This policy may be updated as service processes, technical measures, or applicable requirements change. Updated versions will be published on this page, along with a revised last-updated date at the top. Material changes to the purpose or scope of data processing will be highlighted through visible notices on the site.
