Service Scope and Applicability
NHVPN provides cross-border network acceleration across 110+ countries and 160+ routes to improve connection paths when accessing international websites, online tools, and digital content. The service supports Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Connection methods, available regions, and route status are based on the information shown in the user panel.
Network conditions, carrier routing, target website policies, and the user's location may all affect connection results. Route names indicate available network exits or transmission paths and do not guarantee long-term access to any specific website, content, or region. NHVPN may adjust available routes due to maintenance, network scheduling, security risks, or service planning, but this will not change the traffic rules of an explicitly purchased subscription.
Account and Subscription Rules
No email address is required to register; a username and password are sufficient. Users must keep their account credentials secure and are responsible for subscription management, route usage, and settings changes made through their accounts. If credentials are exposed or unusual activity is detected, users should change their passwords promptly and submit a ticket through the user panel.
Subscriptions support unlimited devices, but may only be used by the account holder on devices under that person's control. Users may not resell, rent, lend, publicly post, or otherwise share accounts, subscription details, or access credentials with unspecified third parties. Personal subscriptions may not be packaged as independent network services and charged to others. The account holder is responsible for traffic consumption, account restrictions, and other losses resulting from public sharing or resale.
Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date; when upgrading mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated based on the remaining days. Traffic packages remain available until used and never expire. Users should verify the plan type, traffic allowance, and applicable terms before payment. Order details are governed by the confirmation shown in the user panel.
Lawful Use Requirements
When using NHVPN, users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable in their location and in the relevant service regions, as well as the service rules of the websites or platforms they access. The service may not be used to infringe the rights of others, distribute unlawful content, commit fraud, conduct malicious attacks, access systems without authorization, disrupt network facilities, abuse resources in bulk, or engage in other unlawful activity.
Users may not attempt to compromise the service's authentication, billing, route scheduling, or security mechanisms. They may not use automated methods to send high-frequency requests to routes, interfaces, or the user panel that could affect normal operation. If user conduct leads to complaints, investigations, system risks, or third-party claims, NHVPN may impose necessary technical restrictions and cooperate with valid legal procedures as required by law.
Service Availability and Liability
NHVPN maintains and schedules routes according to their status, but cross-border connections depend on multiple network conditions and may be affected by carrier failures, target service changes, device configurations, system updates, network congestion, force majeure, or planned maintenance. Short interruptions, changes in connection paths, or temporary unavailability in certain regions do not automatically constitute a breach of service obligations.
Users should determine whether the service suits their intended purposes and maintain appropriate backups of important data, configurations, and business processes. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is not liable for indirect losses caused by user device failures, incorrect configurations, improperly stored credentials, third-party platform restrictions, or events beyond NHVPN's reasonable control. No limitation of liability excludes responsibilities that applicable law expressly prohibits limiting or waiving.
Account Restrictions and Termination
If a user violates these terms, resells or publicly shares a subscription, threatens service security, interferes with other users' normal use, engages in unlawful activity, or attempts to evade billing and resource controls through abnormal means, NHVPN may restrict connections, suspend the account, or terminate the service according to the level of risk. In security incidents, temporary restrictions may be applied first, followed by account restoration or termination based on the investigation.
Users may stop using the service. Valid orders, traffic usage, and responsibilities incurred before account termination are not automatically cancelled when use stops. Refund eligibility is governed by the separate Refund Policy; a full, no-questions-asked refund may be requested within 14 days of the first payment.
Changes and Effective Date
NHVPN may update these terms as needed for service features, route management, legal requirements, or risk control. Updated text will be published on this page, and the displayed last-updated date will be revised accordingly. Material changes affecting user rights or obligations will be announced through available in-service channels.
Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Users who disagree with a change should stop using the service. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Provisions concerning privacy practices should be read together with the Privacy Policy.
