ABOUT NHVPN

About NHVPN

NHVPN is a cross-border network acceleration service designed for stable access to international websites, AI Tools, and Streaming. It covers 110+ countries and 160+ routes, supports Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux, and allows unlimited simultaneous devices.

Service Focus

A tool for cross-border access

Connection quality, ease of use, and transparency are the foundation of any subscription service.

NHVPN addresses unstable cross-region connections, slow access to destination services, and scattered device configurations. Choose routes based on your target region and intended use, then share one subscription across your everyday devices without repeatedly changing plans for device limits.

Creating an account only requires a username and password—no email address is needed. Plan prices, traffic rules, payment methods, and refund policies are clearly listed on the relevant pages, so actual terms are never replaced with vague descriptions.

Operating Principles

How international routes are selected and managed

Start with your use case and target region, then compare route performance instead of presenting one route as the fixed answer for every situation.

Choose by Use Case

Web browsing, AI Tools, Streaming, and everyday work each have different requirements for exit regions and connection continuity. Route details aim to show the region, city, and route type, helping users choose based on their target service.

Troubleshoot Step by Step

When connection issues occur, first check the subscription status, client settings, current route, and destination service, then try another route in the same region. If the issue persists, submit a ticket through the user panel with your device platform and a description of the symptoms.

Privacy Approach

Privacy policy and data minimization

We only process the information needed to provide subscriptions, maintain accounts, and complete payments.

NHVPN follows a no-logs policy and does not record the websites users visit. Data required to operate the service is handled according to data-minimization principles for account identification, subscription status, traffic accounting, order processing, and troubleshooting, without expanding unrelated information into additional data requirements.

Privacy rules, usage boundaries, and refund terms are set out separately in the Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, and Refund Policy. When rules change, the current text published on the relevant pages applies; refunds after the first payment follow the 14-day no-questions-asked refund policy.
